"Services" – Any moving, logistics, or support services requested through the platform.
"Marketplace" or "Site" – The official SMÜV.SHOP™ web portal at https://smuv.shop.

Payment: Customers must pay for services in full prior to service being rendered. Smoove Move Logistics reserves the right to refuse services if payment is not made in full.
Cancellations: Customers must provide at least 24 hours cancellation notification prior to the scheduled service. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to service will result in a cancellation fee.
